PTCManager is an independent platform developed and operated by REDLIVE LTD, London, United Kingdom. PTCManager is not Neobux, is not officially affiliated with Neobux, and is not endorsed, sponsored, operated or supported by Neobux.

Service

PTCManager provides independent analytical tools for users who manually enter their own Neobux account data. The service calculates projections, trends, warnings and strategy guidance from information supplied by the user. Results are estimates and are not guarantees of earnings, investment returns or future performance.

Free trial and subscriptions

New eligible users receive one 12-hour trial. The trial is limited to one use per device/connection using technical identifiers such as IP address, browser/device fingerprint signals and a device cookie. When a trial or paid subscription expires, analytical features are disabled until a paid subscription is activated or renewed.

Cancellation and refunds

Only the customer may cancel automatic renewal, and the cancellation must be initiated from the customer's own account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal charges while access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period. All payments made to PTCManager are final and non-refundable under all circumstances. No full or partial refunds are provided for subscription cancellations, account closures, unused subscription time, or lack of use of the service. Closing your PTCManager account permanently cancels any active subscription and does not create any right to a refund.

Acceptable use

You may not bypass trial limits, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive requests, create duplicate trials, or use the service unlawfully.

Payments

Paid plans, billing periods, taxes and supported payment methods are shown before checkout. Access is activated after confirmed payment.

Accuracy and responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for decisions made using the service. PTCManager does not operate your Neobux account and cannot verify account data automatically.

Availability

We may maintain, update or temporarily suspend the service for security, legal or operational reasons.

Changes

Material updates may require acceptance of a new version before continued use.
